Fishing Trip 8 Hours
Lombok island is surrounded by many tiny islands which we called the
Gilis Gili in Sasak language means small island. The total of Gili
islands in the vicinity of Lombok are about 19 Gilis and the most
popular ones among the Gilis are Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili
air which are situated in the northern part of Lombok and in the
south part of Lombok nestled Gili Nanggu, Gili Gede, Gli Tangkog
etc.
Natural resources and sea bed garden, colorful of coral ridges,
tropical fish, shrimp, and other resources under sea water bed
around the gilis are in abundant. The most striking one like Big
fish and aquarium fish are as an objective of fishing game
excursion. For the fishing hobbyist we would offer the fishing
program or angling tour with the details as follow:
We pick you up at the hotel and start leaving by boat at 08:00 Am
from Senggigi jetty and we are heading straight to the 3 Gili
islands ( Gili Trawangan, Meno and Air ) in the northern part of
Lombok and which takes you 2 hours one way journey from Senggigi.
But before we reach the islands, while we are sailing we will sow
the trolling fishing and sometimes by trolling fishing we often
catch big fish like yellow tail fish, Tuna Fish and Barracuda
weighing 15 KG average.
At about 11:00 Am, we arrive at one of the Gili island. And the
first island that we visit is Gili Trawangan. Around Gili Trawangan,
we could find a lot of fish genus and we are just sitting down on
boat while spreading the fishing rods. After this, then we are
continuing up our fishing adventure to the second Gili that is Gili
Meno. Here we would take a rest for a while and grill or fry our
catch for lunch.
At 15:00 Pm in the afternoon we return to Senggigi, and on the way,
once more we are doing trolling fishing, and if lucky you could
bring big fish with you to your hotel for dinner party.
At about 17:00 Pm in the afternoon, you reach back to your hotel and
our fishing program is numbered.
