South Lombok Surfing Package
About 40 Km south – south east of Mataram, you will encounter the
picturesque – village town called Kuta. This is Indonesia’s “Other
Kuta”, and the coincidence of its name is appropriate because its
reminiscent – especially in term of basic infrastructure – of what
Bali’s Kuta was like some 30 years ago. It is a magnificent place
that was first popularized by surfers who like to ride south
Lombok’s many wave option.
Day 01. LOMBOK ARRIVAL -CHECK IN
HOTEL - SURFING
Upon arrival on Lombok, Our Tour guide is ready to welcome you at
the airport and we transfer you straight to the hotel for check in .
Day 02
After having breakfast in the morning at your hotel, then we are
heading to Kuta Bay. Kuta Bay proper has two convenient surf spots
which are ride-able during light conditions and early morning glass.
It also works during the rainy season’s ( November through March )
off shores that blow seaward from Lombok’s high mountain. Break at
12:30 noon till 1:30 Pm. Then, furthering to west of Kuta bay is
smaller bay called Air Guling which literally means “ Rolling
Waters). Tumbling into this pretty place is a good but short and
hollow right that should be surfed from mid to high tides. Be
prepared for a scenic hike, however, because, road access here is
very difficult if not almost impossible.
PS: the length of time of each surf is 1:30 hours till 2 hours
span. And every surfer is entitled to have 2 surfs each day.
Day 03. TRANSFER OUT
Breakfast at the hotel. The program is free, then we transfer you to
the airport and the surfing package program of 3D/2N is numbered and
thanks very much on your coming on Lombok island.
